PRICE GUARANTEE
We have agreed with all the owners of the holiday homes that they rent their holiday homes out at the same price as we do. If the owner (either a private individual or a company) lowers the rental price of the holiday home, he is obliged to inform us about the new price. Therefore we can guarantee that the cost of holiday home at our online reservation system is the same as when making the reservation directly from the owner. The prices on different days of reservation are not comparable, since the price can be lower during a certain campaign, for example. However, even during special campaigns, the price is the same whether you make your reservation on line, on the phone or directly from the owner.
If you notice that our price is higher than that of the owner, the price is wrong. In such a case, you can contact us and we will make sure you get the same accommodation at the right price. Naturally your reservation will still be exactly as it was before: the same holiday home for the same period of time, for the same number of people and with the same extra services.
The price guarantee applies to the current prices only.

send us email at tahkovuori@tahko.com and write “Price guarantee” and your reservation number to the subject section of your message. Make sure to include some documentation that the price of your accommodation would have been lower if reserved directly from the owner. We will contact the owner based on your message and confirm the pricing.
If you are entitled to receive compensation based on the price guarantee, we will send you a new invoice by mail or email. If you are not entitled to receive compensation, you will get an answer by email.

Please call our customer service at +358 17 481 400 and tell that you would like to receive compensation based on price guarantee. Make sure to mention your reservation number. We will then inform you how to send us the proper documentation and confirm the pricing with the owner.
We will then call you back. If you are entitled to receive compensation based on the price guarantee, we will send you a new invoice by mail or email. If you are not entitled to receive compensation, you will get an answer by phone or by email.
